The sales process will begin with a formal Request for Quotation. To be effective as your sourcing partner, we will require that customers include the following:

• Clear, current engineering drawings that include all required specifications, materials,
  performance requirements, finishes, testing and documentation requirements, etc.
• Estimated annual volumes for each item.
• Samples of parts currently being used in production.
• Description / specifications of all desired packaging requirements.
• Typical / desired delivery schedule or stock program.
