Trial Orders
Any company that has ever dealt with Asia knows that if there is ever going to be a problem with an order for a custom engineered part, it will more than likely occur on the first delivery. While all parties go through painstaking efforts to make a project go as perfectly as possible, we must remember that this is a new project for the factory and for the customer. By limiting the first order to a manageable production sized trial order, risk is minimized for all parties.

By using trial orders, the factory gets an opportunity to prove their abilities and understanding of the customer's expectations for all aspects of the project. The customer gets to review the factory's performance and make any desired changes before 100% production commences.

Production Orders
Once trial orders have been delivered and approved, and a production order has been placed by the customer, Power Rite will have the factory begin production.

To ensure that each production run order produces the same high level of quality as the approved samples and trial orders, Power Rite Engineers visit the factory to monitor the production process to make sure that the factory consistently follows the proper, approved production process.

If a problem occurs during production, a Power Rite Engineer is on hand to help the factory resolve the problem. If the problem cannot be solved, Power Rite will offer the customer the option of moving the tooling and fixtures to another Power Rite quality factory to assure continuity of supply.
