Power Rite Products warrants that the bearings we sell shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of sale. This warranty is to the original purchaser only. This warranty will not apply to any bearing which has been improperly installed, misused, repaired or altered in any way, improperly maintained, subject to negligence or misapplication. Power Rite Product’s sole obligation for any failure in bearings sold by Power Rite Products is limited, at Power Rite Products option, to replacement at no charge, or an extension of credit for the cost of the bearing provided that the bearing is returned to Power Rite Products freight prepaid, and determined by Power Rite Products to be defective in material or workmanship.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and is also in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Power Rite Products, including any obligations of liability arising from contract, tort or otherwise for damages whether direct, indirect or consequential. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied made by Power Rite Products except the warranty against defects in the material and workmanship set forth above and Power Rite Products neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with its products.
